No, you don’t. It’s enough to send us a scan or a clear photo of the document by e-mail (info@sinonim.hr) or via the contact form. You don’t need a scanner; you can use your mobile phone.
Turnaround time varies with the length and complexity of your text, but we aim for fast delivery while maintaining quality. For urgent requests, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Once the translation is completed and certified, we’ll send you a scanned copy by e-mail. The original (bound translation with the seal and signature) can be collected in person at our office, or we can send it to you by post.
Our office is located in Osijek, but we provide services to clients throughout Croatia. Since the entire process (submission and delivery of documents) can be handled online, there’s no need to visit us in person.
