{"id":10453,"date":"2021-12-01T17:05:35","date_gmt":"2021-12-01T15:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sinonim.hr\/?p=10453"},"modified":"2022-05-18T14:50:22","modified_gmt":"2022-05-18T12:50:22","slug":"iso-certification-audit-a-culture-of-continual-improvement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sinonim.hr\/en_us\/iso-certification-audit-a-culture-of-continual-improvement\/","title":{"rendered":"ISO certification audit  - a culture of continual improvement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sinonim Translation Agency is guided by the philosophy of continual improvement of its operations based on the PDCA cycle, one of the main concepts in modern-day management theory, which is also a basis for ISO 9001:2015, an international standard for quality management systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is based on eight principles of management, which reflect good business practices, and its full implementation leads to improved overall performance of the organization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Customer focus<\/li><li>Leadership<\/li><li>Involvement of people<\/li><li>Process approach<\/li><li>System approach to management<\/li><li>Continual improvement<\/li><li>Factual approach to decision making<\/li><li>Mutually beneficial supplier relationships<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The ISO 17100 standard stipulates the minimum requirements a translation agency must document and meet for its translation process to be acceptable under the professional standards. At the same time, the standards give clients confidence in the quality of the requested service. The basic purpose of ISO 17100:2015 is to establish the requirements that enable translation agencies to provide high-quality services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinonim used the challenging and unpredictable year 2020 to improve the quality of all its operations because we see every obstacle as an opportunity for further progress.
